Adventure Golf and Raceway is owned and operated by the Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District, a Colorado Special District. The revenues from Adventure Golf and Raceway helps fund community centers, community pools, after school/preschool programs and other services within our Hyland Hills community.
While the District receives hundreds of request every year, we are very limited in the number of tickets we can actually donate, because we are a governmental entity whose revenues benefit programs for the residents of the District. However, on occasion, some tickets may be provided to other non-profit organizations in exchange for advertising at their fund-raising event. To qualify for a donation ticket request, you must be a non-profit organization (such as a school or registered charity). Please be aware that priority on all donation requests will be given to organizations within the Hyland Hills community.
- Your request must be submitted via the form below. We cannot accept requests in any other manner.
- We cannot make donations to individuals, families, foster care or businesses. We do offer group rates for groups of 10 or more. Please contact Group Sales for rates and availability. Gift Cards and discounted tickets are also available for purchase online.
- If your request is granted, donations are in the form of (2) Ultimate Adventure Tickets. We cannot donate any other ticket item including gift cards.
- Please allow up to 60 days for your request to be processed. Denied requests will not receive notification and due to the volume of requests we cannot provide status updates.
